How it works
You look for a part. You know where it is.
The most common job in a workshop: someone asks whether there is any left. In Stocker that is two moves — below are real screenshots.
You type the part name
Search looks up the name, the SKU and the BOX number. Type “zawias” (hinge) and the matching parts show up with their quantities.
You see the count and the place
Open the ZAW-35C hinge: 120 pieces in BOX A3, with the minimum and the category alongside. No walking over to the shelf to check.

You know what to restock.
The “Out” filter shows at once the parts you have none of — here the ZAW-35N hinge at zero. The “Low” filter catches the ones that have dropped to their set minimum or below.

Count and location
Every part has a quantity and a BOX — its place in the workshop. You set a minimum, and when stock drops below it the part turns up in the purchase suggestions.
Example: two Torx T20 screwdrivers left against a minimum of five — the item lands on the shopping list by itself.
From parts to a finished product
A product has a recipe (BOM). An order gives you an assembly checklist that pulls parts from stock and returns them when you untick them.
Example: you tick an item off the checklist and the stock level changes at that same moment.
Paperwork without retyping
Nine PDF reports: stock as of today, low stock, movement history, consumption, team activity, a monthly report and an annual stocktake.
Example: you pick a date range and email the report or save it to print.

How much does it cost for a team of 5?
The same as for one person. The subscription is per company, headcount doesn't matter — the App Store or Google Play shows the current amount in your currency.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes — 14 days free, no credit card required. Just install the app and create an account.
What happens after the trial?
The app switches to read-only — you can browse data, but not add new entries. Access returns instantly after purchase.
Where is my data stored?
The warehouse database runs on our own server in Frankfurt, and backups go to Amsterdam — both in the European Union. Payments are handled by the App Store and Google Play under their own terms. Details in our Privacy Policy.
What should I know before importing a spreadsheet?
The app reads .xlsx and .csv files. You need a name and a BOX column, and you can load up to 2000 rows at a time. The import takes the first sheet of the workbook — if there are more, the app lists the others so you know what it skipped. The importer does not read formula results, so cells holding a formula come in empty — a new part then starts at zero stock and an existing one keeps its current level. The app tells you how many such cells it found. Before importing, paste plain values or save the sheet as CSV. The older .xls format and .ods are not supported. Importing needs an internet connection.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. After the first sign-in with internet, your whole warehouse, products, orders and shopping list read without a connection — together with search and the assembly checklist. Issuing and returning parts work too: the change waits on the phone and sends itself once you are back in range. The remaining writes — adding a part, changing an order status, the shopping list — need a connection, and the app says so plainly.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Directly in the store you pay through: on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play, in the Subscriptions section. No need to contact us.
