Summary: HESHE Stocker is a paid SaaS app for craft workshops. Monthly subscription (prices vary by region, set by Apple / Google) or annual plan, 14 days free — no card required. Cancel any time through your store. Refunds are handled by Apple App Store / Google Play per their policies.
The agreement is formed upon downloading the App and creating a Company Account, or upon activating a subscription in the store. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
Payments are handled exclusively by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) as the merchant of record. HESHE does not process or store payment card details. The charge is collected at the start of each subscription period.

After cancellation, full access remains available until the end of the paid billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused subscription time beyond what is provided by the store's policy.

HESHE grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App solely for its intended purpose (inventory and production management). The following are prohibited: copying, modifying, reverse engineering, and selling access to third parties.
HESHE Stocker is operated as a sole-trader business. We aim for 99% availability, but we do not guarantee continuous operation (best-effort SLA). Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via email or an in-app notification.
In the event of an uninterrupted outage lasting more than 48 hours caused by factors on our side, Users with active subscriptions may request a subscription period extension — please write to info@heshe.pro.
HESHE is not liable for:
HESHE's total liability to the User is limited to the fees paid by the User in the preceding 3 months.
The rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
We will notify you of changes to the Terms through an in-app notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the new terms, you may cancel your subscription and delete your account before the effective date.
HESHE reserves the right to suspend an account in the event of a breach of these Terms or applicable law. In such cases, we will notify the User by email at least 7 days in advance (except in cases of serious breach or illegal activity).
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Provider's registered address, unless mandatory EU or Polish consumer law provides otherwise. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
