Delete account
GDPR Art. 17 · Right to be forgotten
Fastest way — delete your account directly from the app:
Open HESHE Stocker → Settings → Delete account. All data is removed instantly.
If you can't access the app (lost phone, forgot password), fill in the form below. We will respond within 30 calendar days per GDPR Art. 12.
What gets deleted
- Your user account (email, name, company name, VAT ID)
- All company inventory data: parts, products, orders, stock movements, shopping list, BOM
- All team members' accounts in your company (if you are the company owner)
- Technical logs older than 7 days (others are auto-purged)
What is retained (legal obligation)
- Invoices / billing documents — retained for 5 years per Polish tax law
- Subscription audit logs — within scope required by Apple/Google as merchant of record
Warning: account deletion is irreversible. After confirmation there is no way to recover your data. If you only want to cancel the subscription — do it in your Apple ID or Google Play settings; the account stays.
What happens next
- Within 72 hours we'll send a confirmation email to the address provided.
- You click the link in the email to verify identity (we won't delete an account based on a forged request).
- After confirmation — we delete the account and all data within 30 days.
- You'll receive a final confirmation email with the deletion timestamp.
